The Pastors Corner



At Salt Lake Baptist we believe that the Bible is the living word of God.
We believe as John 3:16 tells us that God so loved those He created in His image that He sent His Son to shed His sinless blood on the cross of Calvary that all who would believe on Him might have eternal life.

We believe that on the 3rd day Jesus, the only begotten Son of God rose from the dead and secured for eternity the total victory over sin and death.
We believe in the security of those who are in Christ, those who have been born again by the blood of the Lamb of God.
We believe in the two great commandments that Jesus spoke in Matthew 22: 37-40.
We believe that adherence to these two commandments are the basis for our life as children of God.
We believe that God is a God of love and that He desires an intimate relationship with His children, yet we must before we can fully enjoy this intimate relationship with our God we must love Him and love one another.
